Tofu Stir-Fry Penne

This is my favorite dish I make almost every week now.
Everyone loves it. It is healthy, light and delicious.
I just used firmed tofu, penne pasta, brussel sprouts, broccoli
and artichoke hearts. All these stir fried with olive oil, soy sauce, hot pepper,
oyster sauce, garlic and black pepper.
That is it. Quick and Yummy!

BLUEBERRY POPOVERS

Well, I was googling something and it was ThanksGiving.
Google website had the picture of Turkey and stuff at its logo.
So, I clicked on it and that leaded me to Google's popovers recipe for ThanksGiving.
I thought I could adapt it with something I had at home because
I felt like I wanted to bake some sweets at that day.
I ended up with this blueberry popovers...
It was very good when it was hot but when it got cold. It was just okay.
I thought I might have made some mistakes but
I gave it a try. If next time I have more success, I will share it with you...

Get Well Sooup

When I was sick, my mom always made me rice soup.
She said it would help me get better faster.
I tried to make it for my sick beloved one.
I had brown rice, black bean, carrot, shallots and garlic
in my house at the moment.
Here is the outcome after I boiled it for 1 hour. It is pretty spicy and tasty because
I added some red pepper in it but my beloved one loved it :)

Salame Bagel

Today I was craving for some salami.
Then, I walked to my fridge and found freezed bagels.
So, I decided to experiment salami with a bagel,
salted whipped cream-cheese and sun-dried tomato.
As usual, with no recipe, I was not sure about the taste.
But hey, it came out quite amazingly tasty!
